We're Hiring:

Job title: Plant Manager – Ready-Mix & Block Factories

Location :Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and operational performance of our Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block production facilities.

- Key Responsibilities

* Manage maintenance of automated block production lines and ready-mix batching plants.
* Ensure maximum plant uptime and equipment reliability.
* Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Oversee utilities including chillers, flake ice plants, and compressed air systems.
* Manage molds, spare parts inventory, and maintenance teams.

- Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in automated concrete block factories or heavy industrial manufacturing.
* At least 3 years in a supervisory or Plant Manager role.
* Strong knowledge of factory automation, industrial PLCs, hydraulic systems, and fixed production machinery.
* Experience with Masa, Zenith, or Hess production lines is an advantage.
