Key Responsibilities

-Drive sales of wooden flooring and furniture products in the showroom.
-Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
-Maintain strong product knowledge to advise clients effectively.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
-Assist in showroom operations, including inventory management and display arrangements.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

-2–3 years of proven experience in wooden flooring sales or the flooring industry.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Knowledge of furniture and flooring trends is a plus.
-Bahraini residents preferred (or valid work permit).
