ONLINE SALES - WEB - APP

Monitor and manage incoming online orders through the web application.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Track order status from placement through delivery.
Monitor daily online sales and order volumes.
Check the web application regularly for new orders, issues, or errors.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Update order information and customer details when required.
Monitor product availability and report out-of-stock items.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and order reports.
Identify order or system issues and report them to the relevant team.
Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders when required.
Maintain accurate records of online sales and transactions.

3-4 years experiance need
