Experienced Florist Wanted in Manama
A reputable flower shop in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a talented, creative, and customer-oriented Florist to join our growing team. We want someone who can bring innovative design concepts to life while delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Create: Draft and execute innovative floral arrangements for bouquets, luxury boxes, vases, and special events.
• Customer Relations: Assist walk-in and online customers, understand their specific preferences, and provide expert styling recommendations.
• Sales & Consultation: Actively drive shop sales by upselling premium packages, corporate gifts, or complementary products.
• Inventory & Care: Monitor flower health, handle conditioning, and ensure the showroom display looks immaculate.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in floral design.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a major advantage.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sales etiquette, and structural design capabilities.
• Location: Preference will given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain for an immediate start.
