Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to join our Engineering & Contracting Company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
 Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
 Handle document control & administration, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and compliance with company standards.
 Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
 Assist with project & contract support, including drafting reports, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
 Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
 Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a contracting or construction-related company.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration is an advantage.
