We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Arabic Club Lounge Manager to join our team in Bahrain!

​Key Responsibilities:

​* Oversee daily operations of the Arabic club lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

​*Manage, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high-quality standards.

​*Drive sales, handle promotions, and build strong relationships with regular guests.

​*Maintain inventory, control operational costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

​* Proven experience as a Lounge Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role (specifically within Arabic nightlife/lounges preferred).

​*. Deep understanding of Arabic hospitality, music, and entertainment culture.

​*. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

​*. Must currently be residing in Bahrain.
