Description

Requirements:-

Valid RERA CAM (Common Area Management) certification preferred; relevant Bahrain licensing/eligibility required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility / Property Management.

Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, building maintenance and safety.

Experience in managing contractors, security, cleaning and maintenance teams.

Knowledge of budgeting, service charge collection, cost optimization and RERA compliance.

Strong reporting, leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily building operations and maintenance.

Supervise staff, contractors and service providers.

Control operating expenses and improve service quality.

Ensure compliance, preventive maintenance and timely reporting.

Report directly to the Owners' Association Board.
