Description

Prime Objective:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing activities related to project manager in waterproofing projects, ensuring all work meets quality, budget, and safety standards.


Key Tasks:


1. Lead and oversee waterproofing project execution from start to finish.
2. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
3. Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
5. Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Manage project risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
7. Lead project team meetings and daily site briefings.
8. Approve procurement requests and review BOQs.
9. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
10. Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve conflicts.
11. Handle project-related legal and compliance documentation.
12. Ensure timely delivery of project phases and milestones.
13. Coordinate inspections with authorities and clients.
14.Review and validate technical submittals and shop drawings.
15 Supervise materials delivery and usage on site.
16.Track productivity and suggest improvements.
17.Support change management processes and variation orders.
18. Ensure proper documentation and project handover.
19. Manage health and safety protocols on site.
20. Train and mentor junior engineers and staff.
21. Perform any additional duties as requested by the line manager.

QA/QC

1.Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management.
2.To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager commensurate within the position.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

1.College degree or equivalent.
2.Civil engineering background.
3.Knowledge of financial reporting.
4.15+ years of experience.


Preferable Skills and Qualifications:

1. Computer Skills.
2. Business development and construction management knowledge.
