Job Summary

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a background or strong interest in fashion, luxury brands, and social media. The role will support the brand’s marketing, PR, communications, and e-commerce activities, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Support PR activities, press coverage, agency communications, and sample coordination.
Assist with social media content, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and marketing calendars.
Coordinate e-commerce photography shoots, product imagery, and website updates.
Manage influencer gifting, talent dressing, brand partnerships, and events.
Organise marketing assets for boutiques, wholesale partners, and digital platforms.
Maintain marketing trackers, reports, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier quotations.
Requirements

Background or experience in the fashion and luxury industry.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content coordination, and digital marketing.
Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, email marketing platforms, and shared file systems.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Candidates with relevant fashion, luxury, and social media experience are strongly preferred.
