Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support the pastry team with daily operations and production schedules.

Requirements:

Previous pastry or bakery experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
