A well-known premium bakery in Bahrain is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pastry CDP for immediate joining.(Local Hire Only)

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of professional experience in pastry and bakery operations
• Strong knowledge of French pastry, viennoiserie, laminated dough, entremets, tarts, plated desserts, and artisan bakery items
• Experience in high-volume production while maintaining premium quality standards
• Creative mindset with attention to presentation, texture, flavor balance, and finishing details
• Knowledge of modern pastry techniques and dessert trends
• Middle Eastern flavor and taste knowledge will be considered a strong advantage
• Ability to handle production planning, hygiene standards, and kitchen organization
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joining preferred
