• Experience in a busy professional kitchen
• High standards for food quality, consistency & hygiene

👨‍🍳 CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)
• Solid experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong cooking and station-management skills
• Passionate about quality and presentation

👨‍🍳 COMMIS CHEF
• Basic kitchen experience preferred
• Hardworking, disciplined and willing to learn
• Good attitude and strong teamwork
