A well known restaurant is looking for a sous chef, we take pride in delivering exceptional Twist menu dining experiences, craft beverages, and outstanding food. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to our daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, food prep, and service management.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently according to menu specifications.

Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during peak dine-in hours.

Maintain inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food waste.

Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum []8] years of experience in a dine-in restaurant kitchen environment.

Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality presentation and consistency.

Leadership qualities with excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
