Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR processes, and the ability to manage hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up with candidates
Prepare job postings and manage recruitment advertisements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
Ensure hiring practices comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies
Coordinate visa processing, LMRA, GOSI, and employee documentation when required
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee relations activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
Good understanding of Bahrain labor law and recruitment processes
Experience with LMRA, GOSI, and Bahrain employment procedures is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiners will be preferred
