About the Institution
A leading standalone early childhood center in Bahrain (ages 18 months to 6 years) delivering the UK EYFS Framework and English National Curriculum Year 1.

The Opportunity:
Seeking an experienced EYFS Coordinator to lead pedagogical excellence, teacher mentorship, and departmental growth within a supportive administrative structure.

Key Responsibilities
● Curriculum Leadership: Direct delivery of the British EYFS framework and Year 1 National Curriculum.
● Staff Mentorship: Lead, evaluate, and facilitate professional development (CPD) for teaching staff.
● Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, resources, health and safety, and supervision.
● Compliance: Ensure alignment with Bahrain MoE regulations and safeguarding frameworks.
● Engagement & Enrollment: Manage parent communications, enrollment inquiries, academic feedback, and community initiatives.


Candidate Requirements
● Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive teaching experience within British EYFS and English National Curriculum settings (ages 0–6), with at least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or coordination role.
● Expertise: Deep grounding in UK British EYFS and English National Curriculum frameworks.


● Qualifications & Approval: Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, or Child Development (Master's preferred), with full eligibility for Bahrain Ministry of Education leadership approval.
● Availability: Candidates currently residing in Bahrain or possessing proven GCC early years experience.
● Licensing Readiness: Fully prepared to provide complete degree attestation, a clean police clearance / good conduct certificate, and local medical clearance.
● Preference: Additional preference for female candidates.
