Requirements & Responsibilities:
β€’ Filipino nationality.
β€’ Previous cashier experience preferred.
β€’ Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
β€’ Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
β€’ Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and requests.
β€’ Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
β€’ Promote products and support sales activities to achieve sales targets.
β€’ Encourage additional purchases and up-sell products when appropriate.
β€’ Maintain accurate cash records and ensure daily cash balances.
β€’ Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
β€’ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
