Job Summary
We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executive (Male Candidates) to promote products/services, generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role includes both sales execution and marketing support, along with regular customer follow-ups, reporting, and field activity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the company
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed orders through follow-ups and negotiation
• Meet prospective customers/partners and understand their requirements
• Present and promote products/services and explain benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations/proposals and ensure timely follow-up until closure
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Support marketing activities (campaigns/promotions/events as assigned)
• Ensure proper coordination for order processing and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database/CRM (if applicable)
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management
• Follow company policies and maintain ethical selling practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Male candidates only (as per company requirement)
• Any graduation / relevant qualification preferred. IT background candidates will be preferred
• 1–3 years of sales and marketing experience (freshers may be considered based on profile)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment (target-oriented position)
• Willingness to do field work and travel as required
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel reporting


Salary Package & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: BHD 150
• Accommodation Allowance: Provided
• Transportation Allowance: Provided
• Sales Incentives: As per sales performance/targets
