Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry & Fit-Out Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, manage skilled carpenters, and ensure high-quality furniture, joinery, and fit-out production, including site execution.

Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, carpentry, joinery, and fit-out techniques
Skilled in carpentry works, including cupboards, furniture fabrication, cabinets, and installation
Experience in site execution and workshop operations for joinery & fit-out projects
Ability to manage and lead a team of skilled carpenters
Ability to manage workload, assign tasks, and achieve project targets
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Ability to ensure quality finishing and meet strict deadlines
Strong background in furniture production and fit-out projects

Qualification:
Diploma or certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or a related field
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Bahrain, Good communication skills
10+ years of total experience in joinery/carpentry field
Must be ready to join immediately
