Description

We are an established and well-positioned building materials company in Bahrain, seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive new revenue.
This role is strictly for candidates with established experience and network within Bahrain.
This role is focused on external sales and business development, targeting contractors, developers, and project stakeholders across the Bahrain market. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and convert them into long-term business.

Key responsibilities include generating new clients and projects, conducting regular site visits, preparing and negotiating commercial offers, and closing deals independently. You will work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in building materials sales within Bahrain, a strong network in the market, and a proven track record in winning new business. A proactive, field-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver measurable results are essential.
