Job Title: Interior Designer & Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy Interior Designer with a talent for sales. You will be the face of the company, guiding customers from the initial greeting to the final design handover. Your goal is to translate customer needs into beautiful designs (especially bedrooms and custom cabinetry) and successfully close sales through expert consultation.

Comprehensive Scope of Work:
Client Consultation & Sales: Meet with walk-in customers or leads to understand their vision, budget, and requirements. Proactively follow up to close deals and meet sales targets.
Bespoke Design (Bedrooms & Cabinetry): Design full bedroom concepts and detailed custom cabinetry (wardrobes, walk-in closets).
Showroom Excellence: (If applicable) Ensure the showroom or design samples are presented professionally to assist in the sales process

Required Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years in a dual Design-Sales role (ideally within furniture, or wardrobe showrooms).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering (SketchUp/3ds Max) is essential for "on-the-spot" or quick-turnaround sketching.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and the ability to "upsell" high-quality materials and accessories.
Communication: English/Arabic (as required) communication skills; must be persuasive, confident, and professional.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cabinetry construction
