Description

We are seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our gym team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, guidance, and ongoing support while ensuring a safe and engaging workout environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing clients
• Develop customized workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Offer guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and motivation
• Stay updated with industry trends and fitness techniques

Requirements:
• Certification in Personal Training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification
• Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience in group fitness or specialized training (e.g., weight loss, strength training, rehabilitation)

Working Conditions:
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Fast-paced gym environment

Compensation:
• Competitive salary / hourly rate + commission (based on sessions or memberships)
