We are currently looking for an experienced Florist to join our team.

Salary: BD 200 – 220 (depending on experience)

Requirements:
Prior experience as a florist
Ability to handle customers and understand their requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative skills in floral arrangements

Working Hours:
As per company policy
Friday: Off
Saturday: Half day

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Floral Design and Creation: Designing and crafting bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and specialized arrangements using fresh, dried, or artificial flowers based on customer requests or creative concepts.
Flower Care and Handling: Processing new shipments, trimming stems, removing foliage, changing water, and using preservatives to maximize the lifespan of flowers.
Customer Service and Consultation: Assisting clients in selecting appropriate flowers for occasions, offering advice on combinations, and providing care instructions.
Inventory and Shop Management: Ordering stock from wholesalers, managing inventory levels, maintaining a clean and organized shop floor, and setting up displays.
Order Fulfillment and Logistics: Processing orders via phone or online, packaging arrangements for safe transport, and organizing deliveries.
Special Events Support: Designing and installing floral decorations at venues for weddings,, corporate events, and funerals
