Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets our rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can lead a diverse team while maintaining a safe and organized shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Optimization: Plan and execute production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery.

Resource Management: Oversee labor allocation, raw material inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor QA protocols to minimize waste and rework.

Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Team Leadership: Mentor floor supervisors and conduct regular performance reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Production Manager or Lead in a manufacturing environment.

Deep understanding of production planning and quality control principles.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
