We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our Nursery operations and manage customer garden maintenance services.

​Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise on-site customer garden maintenance and landscaping services.
* Oversee daily nursery operations, plant health, and inventory.
* Supervise, schedule, and support nursery and maintenance staff.
* Drive business growth by building client relationships and expanding service contracts.
* Handle basic budgeting, vendor relations, and daily administration.

​Requirements:
* Experience in plant nursery management, horticulture, or commercial landscaping.
* Solid hands-on knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
