We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be currently located in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support sales strategies
Track sales activities and maintain client records using CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills

Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience in B2B sales or corporate client management
