Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform routine maintenance and repairs for building electrical systems.
•Handle plumbing maintenance including pipes, faucets, drainage, and water supply lines.
•Troubleshoot electrical issues such as lighting, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
•Repair or replace damaged plumbing fixtures such as taps, valves, and toilets.
•Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure building systems function properly.
•Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
•Inspect building utilities and report any faults or safety issues.
•Assist in general building maintenance tasks when required.
•Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

•Diploma or certificate in electrical / mechanical / maintenance field.
•Minimum 2–5 years experience in building or facility maintenance.
•Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair works.
•Ability to troubleshoot and fix common building maintenance issues.
•Basic knowledge of building safety standards.
