Mechanical Foreman

EMCO Company W.L.L. is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing MEP construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and manage manpower.
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience in coordinating site activities and managing teams.
GCC/Bahrain experience is preferred.
