* Nail refills and rebalancing
* Nail repairs
* Ombre (baby boomer) nails
* French manicure (classic and modern)
* Chrome, cat eye, marble, and other trending nail art
* 3D nail art and hand-painted designs
* Nail shaping (almond, square, coffin, stiletto, oval, etc.)
* Cuticle care and perfect finishing
* Safe use of e-file/drill
* Proper nail preparation for long-lasting retention
* Knowledge of nail diseases and when to refuse service
* Proper sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene procedures
* Fast, clean, and professional work
* Excellent customer service and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of salon experience.
* Portfolio with photos/videos of previous work.
* Able to perform a full set in a professional time while maintaining quality.
* Keeps up with the latest nail trends and techniques.
* Speaks basic English (preferred).
