We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Staff member to handle the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of food and beverage orders. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of items to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize F&B orders for dispatch according to schedule.

Ensure items are packed securely and hygienically.

Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Verify order accuracy before dispatch.

Maintain records of dispatched orders and deliveries.

Communicate with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in F&B operations, dispatch, or delivery coordination preferred.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
