Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain for our Lounge in Juffair, Bahrain.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Filipino
- Age: Under 35 years
- Experience: 2-3 years as Captain / Senior Waiter in a Lounge, Bar, or American Concept Restaurant (Gulf experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lounge operations, American food & beverage service, and bar service
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills in English
- Presentable, energetic, and team leader
- Knowledge of POS and daily sales reporting

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations and lead the service team
- Ensure high standard of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and VIP guests professionally
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and floor control
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
- Train and motivate waiters/waitresses
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards
