Job Opening: Interior Supervisor
Company: Ma'ak Construction & Interior Fit-Out
Location: Bahrain
Ma'ak Construction & Interior Fit-Out is looking for an experienced Interior Supervisor to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Bahrain in interior fit-out works
Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and site execution
Ability to manage and lead site teams efficiently
Good communication and coordination skills
Valid Bahrain Driving License (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all interior fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
Maintain high-quality finishing standards across all project stages
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality
Identify and rectify defects promptly to maintain project standards
Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor site progress to ensure timely completion without compromising quality
Ensure proper material handling and usage to minimize wastage
Enforce safety and quality compliance on site at all times
