Job Title: Site Worker / Helper

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, physically fit, and resilient young man in his 20s to join our team as a Site Worker / Helper to support our Foreman and site crew on fencing projects. You will be a vital part of the team, assisting with the installation of fencing and other steel products on-site. The candidate must be fully capable of enduring harsh working conditions, high temperatures, and working outdoors under direct sunlight in Bahrain's open areas, while maintaining a productive and safety-conscious work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Foreman and site crew with the installation of fencing and steel components.
• Perform general tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand tools under demanding outdoor conditions.
• Follow all instructions from the Foreman to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear the required PPE at all times.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area on the job site.

Qualifications:
• Age: Young candidate in his 20s.
• Health & Fitness: Excellent health and physical fitness to handle heavy lifting, demanding manual labor, and harsh weather conditions.
• Weather Endurance: High tolerance and resilience for working outdoors under intense heat, extreme weather, and direct sunlight in Bahrain.
• Prior experience in a construction or manual labor role is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and an excellent work ethic.

Additional Requirements:
• Full willingness to work outdoors in various challenging weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as required.
