Engage with clients to identify initial objectives, preferences, and functional requirements for interior spaces.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to define how interior environments should function, appear, and be furnished.
Assess space utilization, circulation patterns, and user interaction to optimize layout and functionality.
Develop concept presentations and mood boards reflecting the proposed design direction.
Advise clients on the selection of finishes, materials, furniture, and decorative elements.
Utilize design software to develop and present detailed layouts, 3D visuals, and final design proposals.
Establish project timelines and cost estimates, presenting accurate budgets and schedules to clients.
Source, order, and manage materials and furnishings in line with approved designs and budget constraints.
Supervise installation of finishes, furniture, and design elements to ensure compliance with approved concepts.
Conduct final site visits with clients upon project completion, addressing feedback and resolving any outstanding issues.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, materials, techniques, and innovations within the interior design industry.

Skills & Experience

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated aesthetic judgment with the ability to create visually appealing and functional interior spaces.
Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of proportion, balance, and aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity software.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit Architecture, and related software.
Basic knowledge of building codes and inspection regulations applicable to interior works.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
