Description

This role is for the Training Institute and Teaching role.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with Bahrain regulations.
2.Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
3.Ensure compliance with LMRA, Ministry of Labour, and local HSE requirements.
4.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions.
5.Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and corrective action records.

Job Requirements

1.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field.
2.NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory).
3.Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
4.Good knowledge of Bahrain HSE laws and regulations.
5.Strong communication, reporting, and training skills.
