Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Document Clearance Officer to manage our corporate government relations and visa processing workflows. The ideal candidate will be thoroughly familiar with Bahrain’s online government portals and ministry procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and track all work permits, renewals, and cancellations via the LMRA portal.
* Handle commercial registration (CR) amendments, renewals, and licensing through Sijilat (MOIC).
* Manage employee registrations, terminations, and monthly updates on the GOSI system.
* Coordinate document attestations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and local embassies.
* Physically visit ministry offices and government hubs to clear pending issues when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Bahrain document clearance.
* Strong operating knowledge of LMRA, Sijilat, GOSI, and NPRA systems.
* Fluency in English and Hindi . Proficient Arabic is a major advantage..
* Must be available for a local transfer within Bahrain.

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary: 150-200 (Depending on experience)
* Employment Visa, GOSI
