Description

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond traditional IT support — a tech-driven thinker who understands data, automation, and AI tools, while still keeping day-to-day systems running smoothly.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and exploring how AI can improve business operations, this role is for you.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions
• Work with AI tools and automation to improve workflows
• Provide IT support across systems, devices, and networks
• Manage Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Maintain IT infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and system performance
• Handle user access, permissions, and system security
• Perform system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks
• Coordinate with vendors when needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years experience in IT, Data Analysis, or similar role
• Strong skills in Excel, data handling, and reporting
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data platforms
• Good understanding of networks, troubleshooting, and systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and user management
• Problem-solver who can work independently and think ahead

➕ Bonus Points:
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Python
• Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, etc.)
• Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, automation tools, or APIs
