We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cake Orders Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Receive and manage cake orders from customers (in-store, online, or phone)

Accurately record cake designs, flavors, sizes, messages, and delivery/pickup dates

Communicate all order details clearly with the kitchen and cake decorating team

Follow up on orders to ensure timely preparation and high-quality standards

Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally

Maintain organized and up-to-date order records

Requirements:

Previous experience in cake orders, bakery, caf?, or similar role is required

Strong communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure during busy periods

Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Candidate must be in Bahrain now and can start immediately.
