⚡ WE ARE HIRING – Electrical Supervisor

Adliya Contracting Establishment is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum).
Valid EWA Technician License.
Valid Bahrain Driving License.
Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience in Bahrain.
Technical Expertise
Electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Sound knowledge of Bahraini electrical regulations, EWA requirements, and safety standards.
Hands-on experience with:
Starters, breakers, control panels, motors, drives, and power distribution.
RMU, transformers, HV/LV panels, and switchgears.
APFC, VFD, VSD, and PLC systems.
Mineral insulated cable installation and glanding.
Lighting installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all electrical works on site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, EWA regulations, and authority requirements.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Prepare technical reports, quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements, and maintain project documentation.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and deliver projects efficiently.
