Position: Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
* Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
* Process medical insurance documentation and patient payments.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
* Coordinate effectively with doctors and the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Willingness to learn new systems and develop new skills.
* Flexible to work rotating shift schedules.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is an advantage (but not mandatory).
