Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior telesales experience, and the ability to convert leads into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities;-

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Promote and explain company products and services

Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets

Follow up on leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Handle customer questions and objections professionally

Contribute to a positive team environment and sales performance

Requirements;-

Minimum 1 year of telesales/sales experience (mandatory)

Fluency in English and Hindi (compulsory)

Arabic language is an added advantage

Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Basic computer literacy and CRM usage knowledge preferred
