Description

Prepare and cook chicken, meat, vegetables, and other food ingredients.
Prepare daily ingredients before and during operating hours.
Follow the specified portions, weights, and measurements for each recipe.
Follow approved recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistent taste and quality.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Follow correct cooking times and temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Store food properly and ensure all prepared items are correctly labeled with preparation and expiry dates.
Minimize food waste and report damaged, expired, or low-stock ingredients.
Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, especially during busy periods.
Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
Perform any other kitchen-related duties as required.
