Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Manage recruitment documentation and follow-up

Client Acquisition & Business Development

Hunt and onboard new clients (construction, hospitality, industrial, domestic, etc.)

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Promote manpower and recruitment services

Prepare proposals, agreements, and service presentations

Meet recruitment and sales targets

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with operations, PRO, and visa processing teams

Maintain client and candidate databases

Prepare recruitment and business development reports

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment & business development

Proven experience in sourcing and client hunting

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of GCC recruitment processes

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office & job portals

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in manpower consultancy preferred

GCC experience is an advantage

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
