🎯 Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Reservations Officer to manage airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel packages within a travel and tourism office. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service while contributing to achieving sales targets.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and manage airline tickets (one-way, round-trip, and multi-city) accurately and efficiently.
• Handle various reservation systems, including:
o GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
o NDC platforms for airlines.
o LCC systems (Low-Cost Carriers).
o Direct bookings through Airline Portals.
• Arrange domestic and international hotel reservations according to client requirements.
• Design, price, and execute complete travel packages, including preparing and sending professional quotations and following up until booking confirmation.
• Process amendments, cancellations, and refunds in line with airline and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance and sales reports to management.

🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field).
• Diploma holders may be considered with strong experience and competence.
• Previous experience in a travel agency is required.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (GDS, NDC, LCC, Portals).
• Good command of English.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and related tools).
