Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for our Vinyl Printing & Embroidery department.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic design guidance
• Create simple layouts
• Manage WhatsApp orders and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations and issue invoices
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Good English (Arabic is a plus)
