Job Summary

The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing works on site to ensure high-quality workmanship, compliance with drawings and specifications, and completion of works within the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, flooring, joinery, and false ceilings

Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and skilled labor

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines

Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality compliance

Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes during finishing works

Identify and rectify defects and snags

Ensure proper protection of finished works

Enforce site safety regulations and housekeeping standards

Report progress, issues, and manpower status to Site Engineer / Project Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Civil / Construction or equivalent experience

5–10 years of experience in construction finishing works

Strong knowledge of finishing materials and methods

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Good leadership and coordination skills
