Civil Site Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time


🔧 Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities as per drawings & project specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers
• Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and progress updates
• Ensure safety standards and quality control at site
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Attend inspections with consultants/clients
• Resolve site issues and support project engineer/manager
📋 Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / BE Civil (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years GCC experience (must)
• Strong knowledge of construction, finishing, concrete, waterproofing, tiles, and masonry
• Ability to read drawings and prepare daily reports
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Locally available candidates preferred
• Bahrain driving licence (advantage)

💼 Salary: Based on experience
