Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Officer to drive the expansion of our facilities management services. This role is crucial for identifying new market opportunities, building key client relationships, and securing long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & Secure New Business: Proactively generate leads and win new clients within the commercial facilities management sector.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients and key industry decision-makers.
Strategy & Proposal: Develop strategic plans, prepare compelling proposals, and lead contract negotiations to secure new business.
Market Insight: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities within the facilities management industry.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally within the FM or related services industry.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to effectively communicate and negotiate with our diverse client base.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strategic thinker.
Compensation: A competitive package will be offered, comprising a base salary plus a performance-based commission structure on new business secured
