Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable South Indian Cook to manage daily meal preparation for a group of 20 individuals on Hawar Island. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in traditional South Indian cuisine, capable of handling bulk cooking, and committed to maintaining hygiene and taste consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve South Indian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 20 people daily
- Plan weekly menus with variety and nutritional balance
- Manage kitchen inventory, grocery planning, and timely procurement
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensure food is prepared and served on schedule
- Accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a South Indian cook (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to cook in large quantities without compromising quality
- Familiarity with vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to relocate to Hawar Island
- Basic communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, & Hindi
