We are currently looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team.

Salary - 250 BD ( Negotiable )
Duty Hours - 8 Hours / 26 Days
Accommodation provided by the company
Candidate should hold valid driving license
NEBOSH certified candidates are only accepted


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Risk Management & Assessment: Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the workplace adheres to local, state, and federal occupational health and safety regulations.
Policy Development: Creating and enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
Training & Education: Developing and delivering safety training programs to employees regarding hazards, emergency procedures, and proper equipment usage.
Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, near-misses, and complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
Safety Inspections & Audits: Monitoring workplace environments, including machinery and safety equipment, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Emergency Preparedness: Planning, organizing, and supervising emergency drills, first-aid, and firefighting equipment readiness.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, training, incidents, and monthly HSE statistics.
