A leading 4-star hotel in Bahrain is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join their team.

🔹 Key Requirements:
• Bahraini nationality (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations

📌 Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahrain. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating with clients and candidates, sourcing potential talent, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The role also includes administrative responsibilities related to workforce management, maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing best HR practices to support smooth recruitment operations.

🎓 Qualifications:
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of GCC labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment roles is preferred
